NOTE: Please note that the file is in an MPEG2 (MainConcept MPEG Encoder) format and is over 700mb and may have problems with QuickTime 7 installed on either PC or Mac.This is NOT AN ERROR WITH THE FILE
We advise you to play the file with a PC/MAC DVD Player software or download an equivalent program. PowerDVD (PC), WinAmp (PC), DVD Player 4.6 (Mac) are just a few suggestions.

Please be patient while downloading, we are experiencing large volumes of people downloading the file. We recommend you do NOT use a download manager.

I can't download from the store.
Make sure that you are using Internet Explorer 6+ or Firefox (Mozilla) 1.5+

If you are on a Mac, make sure you have the most current version of Safari. Internet Explorer on Mac may not be supported with the store.

If you are still having trouble, please email us with your order number and full name. Your request for support will be delayed if you do not provide this information.

I purchased a download and the link doesn't appear or work.
The most common problem is that you did not select a download type. If you have forgotten or are experiencing a link issue, email us with your order number and full name. Your request for support will be delayed if you do not provide this information.

How long does it take for my card to be refunded?
Card refunds take approx. 2 - 3 weeks depending on whom you bank with.

Can i get a refund on a download?
Each person is dealt with on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, but on the off chance that you are unhappy please email us and state your reasons why you are requesting a refund.

Please note that we will not refund you if you did not like the video.

What appears on my Credit Card statement?
Top of the Food Chain, INC. will appear on your bank statements.

What do I do if i get double charged or clicked twice?
The store checkout button has a feature that prevents double clicks. We check each day for charges that have gone through twice and automatically refund the cost. If you believe you have been double charged and have not recieved your refund, please contact us.

My downloads have reached 0 and I still have not got my download. What do I do?
Simply email us with your full name and order number and we will reset your download.

Can I put my download on to CD/DVD?
You may for personal use and for backup reasons only. The video remains property of Top of the Food Chain, INC. and cannot be distributed, sold for any value nor posted/hosted on any website (including FTP and Private Groups).

Downloads are really slow. Is there a problem?
Our website is extremely popular and can sometimes be slow during busy hours. If possible try downloading your videos during the hours of 10am - 5pm or 3am - 7am.

Can I meet any of the girls from WhoreLore?
YES! Well, sort of. Most of the girls (and guys) that feature on WhoreLore do regular appearances all over the US either as a feature dancer, store signings etc. You will need to check on there official website if they have any scheduled appearances.
